9 Account Suspension & Termination

• You have requested the closure of your account.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, verified deposited funds will be returned. However, funds may be forfeited if the closure is due to a rule violation.

10 Right to Amend Terms

11 Dispute Resolution

12 Limitations of Liability
